This virtual support group is designed for mothers, sisters, aunts, or anyone connected to those who are feeling deeply impacted by these events and how they can be affecting your life.
Each week, we will come together to share our experiences and connect with like-minded individuals who understand the unique challenges we face. Whether you're struggling with anger outbursts, feelings of helplessness, or just a sense of being stuck, our community is here to support you.
As a Jewish woman and mother with ten years of experience as a somatic healer, I’ve dedicated my life to helping others navigate through their pain. Together, we will explore the emotional foundations of our experiences, build deeper awareness, and find answers that empower us to move forward.
